How to book your accommodation?

Booking your stay with EL PROYECTO INMOBILIARIO / CONSERJERIA is simple, quick and completely secure.

 

 

1. Access the booking page

From the homepage, click on the ‘Book’ tab in the main menu.

2. Open the booking platform

Then click on:

👉 “Continue to your destination”

You will be automatically redirected to our secure booking platform.

3. Choose your dates

Click on “Edit” to select:

your arrival date,

the number of nights,

the number of guests.

Then click on “Search”.

4. Select your accommodation

All available properties will appear with:

photos,

descriptions,

facilities,

detailed prices.

Choose the property that suits you and click on “Book”.

5. Complete your details

Then fill in your contact details:

first name and surname,

email address,

telephone number,

full address.

You can also add a special request or a comment.

6. Check and finalise the booking

Before payment, a full summary of your stay will be displayed, including:

dates,

the chosen accommodation,

the total amount,

the terms and conditions.

Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click:

✅ ‘Finalise booking’

 

7. Make a secure payment

Choose your secure payment method:

💳 Visa – Mastercard – Apple Pay – Google Pay

Enter your bank details on our secure platform, then click:

🔒 ‘Pay’

Important information

⚠️ Each property must include:

a cleaning fee,

a security deposit.

These amounts are not always included in the online payment.

Our team will contact you after your booking to provide details on how to pay for the mandatory cleaning fee and security deposit.

 

8. Instant confirmation

Once payment has been confirmed, your booking is automatically confirmed and you will receive your confirmation by email.
