Check the lights and report any burnt-out bulbs (replacement at the owner's expense).

Ventilation

Open all windows to ventilate the house.

Watering plants

Water plants if a hose is available and there is no automatic watering system.

Key management

Return keys to the office for distributors/suppliers, in agreement with the owners.

Inspection report

Send a standardised PDF document by email after each inspection, informing the customer of the condition of the property.

Anomaly Report

Inform the owner of any malfunctions or anomalies.

Before your arrival :

Switching on appliances :

Check that all appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.) are in good working order and switch them on if necessary.

Turn on the heating or air conditioning depending on the season to ensure optimum comfort from the moment you arrive.

Laying out the linen:

Place bed linen and household linen.

Preparing the exterior:

Prepare the outside areas by opening the swimming pool, cleaning the garden furniture and ensuring that everything is in good condition for your stay.

Thorough cleaning:

Carry out a thorough cleaning of the entire space, including the windows, to ensure impeccable cleanliness.

 

After your departure.

Switching off appliances:

Make sure all appliances are switched off and unplugged.

Turn off the heating or air conditioning to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

Laundry drop-off:

Arrange for bed linen and household linen to be collected and sent to the laundry.

Tidy up outside:

Close the swimming pool and put away the garden furniture, making sure it is well protected for the coming season.

Additional cleaning:

Do a final clean of the entire space, including cleaning the windows if this wasn't done initially.

This way, your space will be ready for future occupants and you'll be able to leave with peace of mind.

  3. Intermediary between Tenant and Landlord: We act as an intermediary to facilitate communication between the tenant and the landlord. Whether it's for questions, repairs or other concerns, we are here to ensure a harmonious relationship.

Our commission is equivalent to one month's rent per year, excluding VAT, which guarantees efficient management of your property while remaining transparent about costs.
